From basket to confirmed order
You can request a price, a quotation or an order without paying on this site. The receipt confirms that we have received your enquiry. A price shown for a machine in preparation is indicative.
Before you commit, the written offer identifies the items and quantities, condition and known faults, included accessories, total price in euros including applicable taxes for consumers, any fees, payment arrangements, handover and quotation expiry. The sale is concluded when you and the seller agree to the same offer. Keep the accepted quotation and confirmation on a durable medium.
A used item has had a previous owner. Items described as refurbished have undergone functional testing and any work necessary to restore those functions. The previous user’s data must have been erased. Check the condition report for the individual item.
Delivery and collection
For an available PC and eligible address, hand delivery is free within 25 km by road from Marseille’s Vieux-Port or central Le Beausset within 48 hours of order confirmation, including weekends. We agree the collection location and time with you. For components, business batches and special preparation, check the handover terms in your quotation.
If delivery is late, you can set a reasonable additional deadline and end the contract if delivery is still outstanding. Refusal to deliver or a missed essential agreed date may justify immediate cancellation. The seller must then refund the sums paid within 14 days.

Withdrawing from a distance sale
For a consumer goods sale concluded at a distance or off premises, you generally have 14 days from receipt to notify withdrawal without giving a reason. For a single order delivered in parts, the period starts on receipt of the last item or lot. The day you receive it is excluded. Collection by appointment can follow an already concluded distance sale. There is no general statutory cooling-off period for sales concluded on premises.
Notify the seller before the deadline by a clear statement by email or post using the contact details above. One notification is sufficient. A product made to your specifications or clearly personalised may qualify for a legal exception, assessed before the sale. Requesting a tailored quotation does not waive any rights.
Return the item within 14 days of notification unless the seller offers to collect it. You pay the direct return cost only if informed before the contract and the seller has not agreed to cover it. You may be responsible for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is needed to check the item’s nature, characteristics and operation, subject to statutory conditions.
The refund includes standard delivery costs and is due within 14 days of notification, by the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise at no cost. Unless collecting the goods, the seller may withhold the refund until the goods or evidence of shipment are received, whichever comes first.

If an item is faulty
For a consumer sale, the seller is responsible for non-conformity appearing within two years of delivery. On used goods, including refurbished goods, a fault appearing in the first 12 months is presumed to have existed at delivery. After that, the consumer can still claim but must establish that it already existed.
You can request a free repair or replacement, without major inconvenience, within 30 days of your request. If your choice is impossible or disproportionate, the seller must explain its decision on a durable medium. Refusal, failure, a missed deadline, significant inconvenience or a sufficiently serious fault can entitle you to a price reduction or termination as appropriate. A minor defect does not justify termination.
A repair under this guarantee extends coverage by six months. If the seller replaces the item when you requested repair, a new two-year period starts when you receive the replacement. Where applicable, the seller must also provide updates necessary to maintain conformity.
The hidden-defects guarantee is separate. For a concealed defect existing at sale that makes the goods unusable for their intended purpose or substantially reduces their usefulness, the buyer may act within two years of discovery and seek a refund against return or keep the goods with a price reduction.

Business purchases
For a business purchase, the quotation specifies quantities, condition by batch, acceptance and support terms, applicable taxes, payment dates, late-payment penalties and recovery compensation where applicable. Request the business terms before acceptance. The consumer conformity guarantee applies to private purchases. The seller’s other obligations, including applicable hidden-defect liability, still apply.
Certain off-premises business contracts also carry withdrawal protections if the purchase falls outside the buyer’s main business and the buyer employs no more than five people.
Complaints and redress
Write to the seller at afgpc.gestion@gmail.com · Contact form or open an after-sales request. Keep your reference and a copy of the complaint. After an unresolved written complaint, consumers can refer the dispute to the competent consumer mediator free of charge within one year of that complaint, subject to eligibility. The company mediator’s contact details are being verified. You retain access to the competent courts.
